Facilitation support . . .
All of our consultants have a comprehensive background and the
experience necessary to provide facilitation services and
support. They are experts at understanding how to avoid group
or organizational conflict, how to manage conflict within a
group or organization should it happen, and also astute at
resolving conflict so that related support services engage in
collaborative efforts and initiatives.
They are professional at working with
groups, impacting and interacting with integrated groups,
processes, and self-directed work teams. All of our
consultants are very comfortable working at the executive
level of any organization but can likewise "fit in" at the
line level should it be required. They understand the
importance of remaining non-partial to the situation but have
the skills to be able to establish synergy and reach solid and
agreeable decisions through consensus. It is this skill that
generates the most value-added decisions for the group(s).
Our consultants are able to blend their
problem-solving skills, techniques, and facilitation skills
toward logical and data driven decisions. They guide the
groups and emphasize the importance of generating an agenda
for each and every meeting. They demonstrate, through the use
of agendas themselves, how making the plan for a meeting

recording, for permanent record, the minutes of meetings so
that a trailer record is established for future information.
Understanding "lessons learned" is an important part of group
decision-making and making certain that any problems
experienced during previous meetings are not replicated. Only
those issues that generated good team dynamics should be
replicated. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of
reviewing meetings to understand what went well, what could
have gone better, and then what will be done differently next
time the group meets.
