ISO 9000 Executive Overview (1/2 – 1 day)
Explains the role of the executive
in sponsoring and supporting the implementation of an ISO 9000 Quality
Management System and discusses the activities necessary to obtain registration.

ISO 9000 Gap Analysis Audit (3 days)
Establishes and verifies those
activities that are in compliance with those defined in ISO 9000. The audit
serves to determine the effectiveness, relative to an ISO 9000 certification
audit, of the current quality system/organization. Two (2) days are utilized to
conduct the audit and one (1) day to prepare the audit report.

ISO 9000 Awareness Training (1/2 day)
Aids in the understanding of the
elements that support the implementation of a Continuous
Process Improvement or ISO 9000
Quality Management System for the workforce.
Assists personnel in understanding where they fit into the big picture.

(3 days)
Provides participants with
knowledge and skills needed to prepare their organization for Continuous Process
Improvement and ISO 9000 registration.

Provides participants companies
with an analysis of the current state of implementation of the ISO 9000 Quality
Management System.
