We were initially used  by the USPS as the Quality Engineers performing the Assurance Reviews for the MPTQM (Mail Preparation Total Quality Management) Program, we later trained USPS personnel as auditors for the program.

Many of our consultants have worked with the U.S. Postal Service in recent years developing and enhancing their CustomerPerfect! Baldrige based quality improvement effort. A number of our key personnel were instrumental in the development and implementation of process and productivity improvements that were responsible for major turnarounds in service and performance levels in the USPS’s New York Metro Area. The improvements put in place there have resulted not only in dramatic improvements in the quality of service but also  a 230% return on investment during the first year of implementation. The success of that effort has led to the development of an in-house video titled " Process Management The Next Step " which describes the New York Metro Area "Operationalization" of it's processes.

As a result of our successes in this arena we have developed a particular focus on the facilitation of improvements in process and productivity in the mail processing, air delivery, freight and parcel services industry. Because this is such a large service industry, we believe that opportunities abound for those organizations that recognize the need to develop new approaches and new techniques for managing their workforce in the 21^st Century. Experience tells us there is ample room for improvement in this industry. Our own expertise makes us confident we can be a part of the answer to meeting that need.
