Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training embraces the comprehensive BOK (body of
knowledge) required to properly function as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in
any environment, service or manufacturing, healthcare,
pharmaceutical, government, etc. - Our Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
instructors have experience implementing Lean Six Sigma in a
variety of organizations and assist the students with their
particular needs as they work their way through their first
project during the training.
We also train Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Lean Six Sigma Champions at the same locations
that the Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are trained in. So you can make the
training a team effort and network in the evening after class.
By scheduling our Black Belt Training this way we are able to ensure that
your project team hears the same message you are
hearing and that they may even assist in class during the
development of your black belt project.
This black belt training provides
the body of knowledge required to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma
Black
Belt through the ASQ (American Society for Quality) Lean Six Sigma
Black Belt
Certification process, all participants become certified
through PROMAX upon completion of their project.

current Lean Six Sigma Black Belt pricing. All major credit cards will be accepted. Purchase orders will be accepted but must be sent
along with the completed registration form. Checks should be
made payable to PROMAX Consulting Services, Inc. Upon receipt
of payment you will receive a confirmation letter and a Lean Six Sigma
Black Belt orientation package.
The Black Belt training begins on Monday at 8:00
a.m. and ends Friday at 4:00 PM each week.
Black Belt Participants must provide their
own laptop computer with a CD drive and Windows 98 or better
operating system. We will arrange a rental if needed.
