PROMAX Consulting Services Inc. provides services in support of OMB Circular A-76 Studies.


PROMAX performs all activities necessary for evaluating the Most Efficient Organization and for making the transition to a performance based contract. Our approach is multi-disciplined and includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
 

• Review the present structure and make recommendations for improvement

• Review current performance against quality assurance methods used and metrics available, recommend improvements and/or changes

• Evaluate operations

• Develop the best strategy for the performance based statement of work

• Recommend innovative approaches to QASP and it’s implementation

• Identify potential risks based upon current contract provisions and execution for transition of the current contract to a performance-based vehicle

• Outline strategies based upon solutions proven successful within Government and industry.

• Provide cost benefit analysis and pros and cons of recommendations.
