PROMAX can provide professional advice, assistance, guidance and
consulting/counseling in support of management, organizational and
business improvement initiatives. We have experience working with the
leadership of organizations and are astute at identifying gaps in the
leadership team and provide value-added suggestions/recommendations to
improve the leadership effectiveness and structure. All of our
representatives have substantial experience using statistical analysis (10
years plus) and can provide the heavy lifting in terms of process
identification, indicator development and data collection analysis.

- Understanding gap analysis and how those gaps
affect productivity and performance.
- Transferring skills so that future maintaining

assessments and identifying strengths and opportunities by prioritizing

Our consultants have a full understanding of strategic planning,
business planning, and action planning. They have had in-depth working
relationships with all levels of management. We understand the importance
of aligning the organization and the systems of the organization to meet
the needs and requirements of the organization's leadership team.
Our consultants have extensive experience working within many different
industries where cycle times have been of major impact to the
organization. Those diverse interventions ranged from the timely refueling
of a nuclear reactor at a nuclear power facility to working with mail
processing facilities to improve on-time delivery of first class mail.

PROMAX consultants have practical experience and are
able to roll up their sleeves to do the heavy lifting for the client. We
understand that not all organizations or agencies are capable of releasing
employees/staff to collect data and run gap analyses on their processes.
Therefore, our staff takes it on themselves to undertake those tasks if
requested. They work with the leadership and transfer skills to the staff
so that all systems become standardized and those involved in the systems
and processes are left with a full understanding of how to sustain and
maintain the gains achieved. All of our
consultants have strong statistical skills and understand the importance
of being able to establish a measurement/indicator system in order to
fully understand the "Voice Of the Process." We emphasize the importance
of developing a system of indicators and managing your processes by those
indicators. Thus creating a more effective and efficient organization.
We have a vast knowledge of process and productivity
improvement skills and techniques. All of our staff has either sat on the
original Deming Team at Florida Power and Light Company, or are Certified
Auditors for either ISO, Malcolm Baldrige or the President's Quality
Award. We are capable of developing and performing internal assessments
for any organization/agency. Some examples of assessments that have been
done are the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 internal assessments at both BMW and
Mercedes Benz, and the Malcolm Baldrige assessment at the USPS. Along with
the assessment are our capabilities to do the planning associated with the
assessment and develop the strategy for addressing the gaps found.
Throughout the lifetime of any project we continue
to provide professional advice, guidance, and assistance in support of the
staff/management during their improvement efforts and even well after the
contract has been fulfilled. The clock doesn't stop just because we are
not there. We have strong business ethics that constantly drive us to make
certain that the client is successful, with a 200-percent return on
investment achieved within the first year of the project.
